Our guests are from CARE, which was founded in 1945, when 22 American organizations came together to rush lifesaving CARE Packages to survivors of World War II. Today, CARE works in over 100 countries, reaching more than 90 million people through 1,300 projects. CARE works around the globe to save lives, defeat poverty and achieve social justice. Women are a vital part of CARE’s community-based efforts to improve basic education, increase access to quality health care and expand economic opportunity for all.
